Management

“Since more than 20 years we combine scientific and specialised expertise with a pragmatic and goal-oriented practice. We know the significance of direct personal contact and combine it with internet-based cooperation.””

When we founded our organisation in Bergisch Gladbach in 2000, we already had 10 years of experience in the field of development assistance and international university cooperation, above all in Mexico and other Latin American countries. We developed our aims and principles against this background.

Our Principles

We help to develop potential.“

In a complex and global world, the development of potential means to expand and to overcome borders:

  • he borders of narrow occupational, departmental and functional group thinking in order to strengthen cooperation within organisations,
  • the borders of insular thinking in one’s own organisation in order to strengthen cooperation between organisations and in networks,
  • the borders of one’s own socio-cultural day-to-day business in order to strengthen cooperation across national and cultural borders.

We support you in checking, expanding and successfully overcoming borders, and our objective is to support the sustainable welfare of organisations and their employees.

Thank you to our customers for the many years of good cooperation!

Our Working method

Our working method is characterized by the following three levels of action:

1. Consultation

Good advice starts with a blank sheet of paper, ends in a jointly developed concept and accompanies you through the various phases of the implementation of your project.
In addition to the technical requirements, we also keep an eye on the didactic development of learning processes and materials. We see clear and solution-oriented communication as the basis for successful cooperation.

In our consultation we help you to discover and develop your own potential.

2. Quality assurance

Quality should not only be “checked” at the end of a value chain or a project measure. Quality assurance must be integrated into the process of service provision itself, therefore quality plays a decisive role for us in every step of our performance. Our training measures, studies and surveys stick to the following quality features:

  • Orientation towards practice and experience: the acquisition of knowledge and competence, as well as the analysis of problems, is geared towards the particular practice of the individual. In doing so, we take the experiences and interests of learners, customers and employees seriously.
  • Use of a variety of media: Interactive and animated illustrations, audio and video units in the courses of further education guarantee that the courses meet the needs of different learner types. Also our surveys are conducted with either more traditional or digital media as needed.
  • Inter-cultural dialogue: to find one’s way with other cultures‘ customs, behavioural patterns, and communication styles and to respect and involve oneself with these
  • Process-accompanying competence development: Not only do we develop courses, but we also train our partners in developing their own e-learning competences. Further, we also support institutions in in building up their own e-capacities.

3. Evaluation

Both regular media-supported feedback processes and a more in-depth evaluation of structures and processes enable a high degree of goal orientation and goal achievement. The strengths and weaknesses of a company can be identified through surveys. In the online learning process, permanent evaluation is necessary in order to guarantee the learning success of the participants.
